The Lanthor platform is a governance intelligence and benchmarking tool. It provides structured diagnostic outputs, peer-benchmarked governance assessments, and regulatory readiness analysis for internal use by institutional fund professionals.
This platform supports internal analysis and decision-making processes. It does not constitute investment, legal, or regulatory advice. Users remain solely responsible for all investment decisions, fund governance arrangements, and regulatory compliance obligations.
Lanthor Advisory AB is not a regulatory authority, competent authority, or financial regulator. The platform does not assess or certify compliance with any regulatory requirement. Outputs from the platform are not binding determinations of regulatory status.
The platform does not represent any national competent authority (NCA) or European regulatory body. Users should seek independent legal and compliance advice for formal regulatory assessments.
Users are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all information submitted to the platform. Outputs are generated based on user-provided inputs and may not reflect the full complexity of a fund's governance arrangements.
Users acknowledge that:
- Diagnostic outputs reflect only the information submitted and do not constitute a comprehensive governance review - Benchmarking outputs are based on available data and may not capture all relevant market participants - Regulatory gap analysis is indicative only and does not replace formal legal or compliance review - All outputs should be reviewed by qualified professionals before use in investment decisions or regulatory submissions
Access to the platform is granted for internal professional use only. Users may not:
- Share platform outputs externally without appropriate disclaimers identifying the source and limitations - Reproduce, resell, or redistribute platform content or methodology without written consent from Lanthor Advisory AB - Use platform outputs as the basis for regulated investment advice or financial promotion - Represent platform outputs as formal regulatory assessments or compliance certifications
All scoring methodology, weighting logic, framework documentation, and benchmarking models are the proprietary intellectual property of Lanthor Advisory AB. Users receive a limited, non-transferable licence to access and use platform outputs for internal purposes only.
The Lanthor Governance Intelligence Framework, Investor Alignment Ladder, and associated scoring methodologies are trade secrets protected under applicable Swedish and EU law.
All user-submitted data is treated as confidential. Fund-level inputs are not shared with third parties without explicit written consent. Aggregated and anonymised insights may be used to improve the platform's benchmarking accuracy.
Full details of data handling practices are set out in the Privacy Policy. By using the platform, users confirm they have appropriate authority to submit the fund-level information they provide.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lanthor Advisory AB accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from reliance on platform outputs, including but not limited to investment decisions, regulatory non-compliance, or reputational consequences.
The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. Lanthor Advisory AB does not warrant that outputs are accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose.
These Terms of Use are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes arising from use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish courts.
Lanthor Advisory AB reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Users will be notified of material changes by email.
